Enable Hotspots on Widget Displays

On your widget displays, you’ll have the option to enable hotspots. You will be able to have hotspots shown in already existing or new displays, as long as you’ve assigned them when assigning products.

Creating a New Widget Display

1. Open your Publish Center.

2. Click on “Publish a New Display” within the “Website” or “Landing Page” channel

3. Customize your settings according to the instructions in Publish a Website Display.

4. From the “Hotspots” dropdown, select “Show Hotspots”.

   

5. Save, Generate Embed Code, and paste the generated code onto your site

Update an Existing Widget Display

Follow these steps:

If you have custom CSS applied to an already existing widget display, enabling hotspots may corrupt the CSS.

1. Open your Publish Center.

2. Click on “Edit Display” within the “Website” or “Landing Page” channel.

3. From the “Hotspots” dropdown, select “Show Hotspots”.

   

4. Click “Preview” and review your standalone widget display with enabled hotspots.

5. Confirm to successfully update your widget display to have hotspots.

6. Save.

7. A backup widget display version will be made, in case you want to revert back to it.
