Search within Care
Search allows you to quickly find a specific case that you or other Care users are or were working on.
To help you narrow down the results, the search only looks in the cases in the current view. This allows you to search, for example, only within the new cases or your cases that are on hold. For more information about the default views and your custom views, see Use Standard Care Settings and Create Case Views in Care.
The search engine looks in the following areas:
Message text
Profile names
Case IDs
Enter the case ID in the format of a hash sign and the number without a space; for example,#123
.
