Magento: Configure Product Listing Page Rating

The TurnTo Magento Extension offers the ability to display Review Counts and Average Ratings for each product tile on Category and Search pages. These values are pulled from custom attributes created by the extension, and the values are populated by the nightly Average Rating Feed Import job.

Steps:

  1. Make sure the Sku Average Rating Feed Pull Enabled setting is enabled in Emplifi Ratings & Reviews.

  2. Make sure the Enable Reviews configuration is set to Yes.

  3. Wait for the Average Rating Feed job to run overnight, populating the Average Rating and Review Count custom product attributes created by the extension.
    (info) Ratings & Reviews generates an SKU average rating feed file each day at 3:00 a.m. (ET), 11:00 a.m. (ET), and 6:00 p.m. (ET).
