Detecting an Unusual Login Activity
The Emplifi platform can detect when your user behavior changes compared to your regular usage patterns (for example, when you are logging in from a different location or a different browser than you normally do). If this happens, the Emplifi platform asks you to confirm that it is really you trying to access the Emplifi account. This is to prevent an unauthorized person from accessing your account even if they may have obtained your username and password.
The Emplifi platform temporarily restricts your access to the account and sends you an email with instructions on how to verify your identity. The email is sent to the email address that you used to log in. To be able to log in to the Emplifi account, verify your identity per the instructions in the email within 15 minutes since the moment you tried to log in.

Whenever you notice anything suspicious, you can change your password (see Change Your Password) or contact Emplifi Support at support@emplifi.io.
