Public X/Twitter Profiles: Four Dashboard Widgets, Content, and Legacy Analytics Restored

We updated our APIs to restore metrics for analyzing data from public X/Twitter profiles. As a result, you can now use the following Dashboard widgets to display data from public X/Twitter profiles:

• Engagement rate

• Interactions (post)

• Interactions per 1k followers

• Number of comments

The data from public X/Twitter profiles is also available in the Content module and the legacy Analytics module.

The data that was collected started from December 7, 2023, is already available. We are working on obtaining the data for the period between October 5, 2023, and December 7, 2023, and making it available eventually. However, this process is going to take some time.

• If you have not made any changes in the affected widgets, the widgets have been automatically updated with the newly collected data. Please check your widgets to make sure that they present the correct information.

• If you have edited the widgets and deleted the public X/Twitter profiles from them, you can now update the widgets to include these profiles back.
