Improved the Filter Menu

We have improved the Filter menu in Bot Authoring. When you open the Filter menu, it no longer obstructs the list of flows. It is now displayed on the right side of the list. Additionally, we have added an Apply button to the menu. When you enter the node or intent name in the Search box, clicking the Apply button will run the search, highlight the node or intent, and close the Filter menu.
