Community Languages Condition

The Languages condition element for Community Flow Automations filters messages by their language.

These filters only apply to direct messages in direct conversations. For more information, see Direct Conversation and Direct Message.

Message filter

This filters individual messages by matching their language to your selection.

Conversation filters

This filters entire conversations by your language selection.

A conversation’s sentiment is determined by analyzing the last 10 user messages (agents’ entries are ignored). Therefore, we do not recommend combining conversation and keyword conditions.

Language options

The list of languages you can select, sorted by Frequently used and All languages.
