UGC: New Visual Search Feature for Tagging Products

Instead of manually searching for a product in your catalog when you want to tag a piece of content, you can now receive recommendations for the correct product to tag through the use of our assistant: Visual Search.

After uploading your product catalog to the database for Visual Search, you can select an area inside a piece of content and add additional keywords to receive suggestions for the product tag.

With visual search, users that are unfamiliar with all of the products in your brand’s catalog can more accurately find and tag products.

This is a paid add-on. To use Visual Search, you must first contact your customer success manager. Afterwards, we synchronize your UGC product catalog with the Visual Search database. Only the products in your catalog at the time of synchronization will be available.
