After you collect user-generated content (UGC) into one of your UGC Albums, you can use Emplifi Publisher to schedule and share the content to your Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, X (formerly Twitter), and Youtube accounts.

Due to TikTok API limitations, content collected from TikTok cannot be shared through Emplifi Publisher. This is because Emplifi UGC works with links to the TikTok video file and not the actual video file itself. However, you can still use TikTok content in your widget displays. Before you can share the content in your UGC albums, complete the following steps:

1. Connect your social profiles to the Emplifi platform:

   • Add an Owned Profile for Your Facebook Page

   • Add an Owned Profile for Your Instagram Account

   • Add an Owned Profile for Your LinkedIn Account

   • Connect a Pinterest Profile

   • Connect an Owned X (formerly Twitter) Profile

   • Snapchat and Youtube:

     • Add a Profile as Owned (Private) or Public

2. Collect UGC into an album. To learn more, see Collection Basics.

3. Permission the content in your UGC album. To learn more, see Send Permission Requests.

After all steps are finished, you can Share UGC to your Social Network Accounts.
