Supported Browsers
The Emplifi platform supports the following browsers (always the three latest stable versions):
Google Chrome
Microsoft Edge
Firefox
Safari
For maximum compatibility with all the features of the Emplifi platform, we recommend that you use Google Chrome.
Using an unsupported browser or an older version of a supported browser may result in a suboptimal user experience: some Emplifi features and functionality may not be correctly displayed, fully supported, or available.
Browser tips
Your browser must have JavaScript enabled.
The compatibility and performance of the Emplifi platform may be affected by your browser add-ons/extensions and network settings.
Clipboard Access
Certain features of the Emplifi platform, such as the quick-link feature in the Emplifi Link asset editor, require clipboard access. To ensure these features work correctly, you must grant Emplifi permission to access your browser's clipboard.
By default, Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge both ask for permission before granting a website permission to your clipboard data.
Emplifi is unable to read clipboard data from the Safari browser.
By default, Firefox does not easily allow clipboard access. Instead, you must enable clipboard access in the
about:configfor your browser. Unfortunately, this enables clipboard access for all websites which can result in an insecure browsing experience that exposes you to cybersecurity risks. For the reasons described above, Emplifi recommends using browsers other than Firefox for managing your clipboard access to the Emplifi website.
