SSO (Single Sign-On) Set-Up

SSO (Single Sign-On) is possible to set up with Emplifi UGC via SAML 2.0. By having Emplifi UGC connected through an SSO provider, you’ll be able to access your account with further ease and less time. Once set up, account details (such as email) will be configured via your SSO provider and web password-based login will be disabled.

You will be restricted from changing your password when clicking “Forgot Password”, as well as from the Profile Settings.

While we should be able to support any SAML 2.0 provider, we have deployed the following on behalf of our customers:

• OneLogin

• Microsoft (Azure) Active Directory

• Google

Please reach out to your CSM with the following information:

• idp_sso_target_url

• idp_cert

• idp_cert_fingerprint (NOT required if you supply idp_cert)

• For OneLogin: <https://<company>.onelogin.com/trust/saml2/http-post/sso/<some> hash>

• For Microsoft: <https://login.microsoftonline.com/<some> hash>/saml2

• For Google: <https://accounts.google.com/o/saml2/idp?idpid=<some> hash>
