Improved Conversation Breaks for Containment Metrics

We have improved conversation breaks to be automatically generated in the conversation flow. These will be generated when the conversation has no response for a specified amount of time. This is configured on the bot General Settings tab. You will select the new Insert Conversation Break checkbox and enter the number of minutes a conversation will have no response before automatically inserting a conversation break.
