Why Doesn’t Emplifi UGC Recognize My Instagram Business Account?

This could be because of one or a combination of these reasons:

• Your Instagram account in fact may not be a business account.

• No Facebook profile with at least at admin level role is connected.

• Your Instagram account may not be properly connected to the Facebook page.
