New Containment Metric

We have added a new Containment metric to the Analytics Dashboard. The Containment metric will show the bot’s performance in handling (or containing) conversations without escalating the conversation to an agent. The new dashboard Containment widget will show the number of contained bot conversations verses the number of uncontained (escalated) conversations.
